Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene is one of President Trump’s best lackeys, and for some reason, she really thought it was a good idea to hold a town hall meeting Tuesday, and it ended with Greene ignoring questions about President Trump’s dictatorship, several people being escorted out and arrested, and two people being tased.
This proves that even Republican voters are getting tired of the president’s heartless “governing”.
Even CNN couldn’t hold back a bit of snark, calling Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s town hall, held at the Acworth Community Center in Greene’s home state of Georgia, a “highly scripted event” that had attendees submit questions in writing instead of taking questions face-to-face. But even that couldn’t stop Marjorie Taylor Greene from mocking serious questions about the Trump administration.
“Well, welcome everyone,” Greene said, kicking off the meeting as police removed at least three protesters. “Thank you, Thank you to our great police officers… This is not a political rally. This is not a protest. If you stand up and want to protest, if you want to shout and chant, we will have you removed, just like that man was thrown out.”
At one point, a man was tased for not cooperating with police as they tried to escort him out for interrupting the meeting.
“This is a peaceful town hall. Now this is a peaceful town hall, ladies and gentlemen, this should not have to happen,” the Greene said in response.
ABC News notes that at least six people were taken out of the event, and three others were arrested, two of whom were tased.
During less hectic moments, Greene continued to push the Republican company line that the media is “trying to defend an illegal alien that is a member of MS-13 that was deported to his home country, El Salvador. That is shameful and that should never happen.”
Greene was referring to Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Maryland man who ICE officials arrested and deported in error to El Salvador in March. Abrego Garcia has become the face of this woefully ignorant administration’s endless blunders. Abrego Garcia was never accused or found guilty of a crime, yet Abrego Garcia, who was given political asylum in 2019, was still deported. The Supreme Court voted 9-0 in favor of Abrego Garcia’s return, but the Trump administration has no intention of bringing the married father back to the U.S.

“Bye,” Greene said after another person was removed from her event. “Just like that illegal alien,” she said, despite Abrego Garcia’s legal status, ABC News reports.
“He’s a coward,” Greene yelled as Hogg walked away. Greene claimed that Hogg was being funded by billionaire philanthropist George Soros, the man all right-wing conspiracy theorists believe is spearheading the attempt to take their guns away.
“He can’t say one word because he can’t defend his stance,” she said.
And, for some reason, no matter what she does, people still support her. Apparently, they love her brand of crazy. As ABC News notes, despite several interruptions during her town hall, she still received support from some 80 people in support.
Bwhahahahahaha.
80 people. That’s a bad day at a local church. 80 people are barely enough people to fill a Honda Civic. 80 people is a short line on a sneaker release. Mayor Eric Adams is literally hated in New York and he could pull 80 people to watch him cough and talk about all his shorties.
I thought this was a real town hall. This wasn’t even a JV basketball game.
