An amended complaint filed in a lawsuit accusing hip-hop mogul Sean Combs now names internet sensation Druski and NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. as co-defendants.

In a complaint originally filed in October 2024, Ashley Parham accused Combs and people connected to him of a gang rape that took place in March 2018. Some defendants were previously unidentified and referred to in the first filing as “John Doe” or “Jane Doe.”

The amended complaint, filed Friday in a California federal court, identifies Odell Beckham Jr. (referred to as Odell throughout) and Drew Desbordes (referred to as Druski throughout) as two of the defendants previously referred to as John Does. Both are accused of sexually assaulting Parham.

Ashley Parham, who has also shared her story in the Peacock documentary “Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy,” said she met Shane Pearce in February 2018, and it was through that encounter that she subsequently met Sean Combs.

From NPR:

On October 15, a woman named Ashley Parham filed a lawsuit against Combs in California involving sexual assault, battery, rape, sexual abuse, false imprisonment and kidnapping. Parham alleges that in 2018, she met a man named Shane Pearce who was associated with Combs. Parham says Pearce called Combs on FaceTime in front of her, but she made remarks about being unimpressed because “she believed Defendant Diddy had something to do with the murder of Tupac Shakur.” Combs allegedly became upset by Parham’s statements during the call.

The complaint says that some time later, Pearce invited Parham over to his home. While she was there, Combs allegedly arrived with Kristina Khorram and several unnamed others. The lawsuit states that Combs was angry at Parham for how she had treated him over the video call. Combs allegedly threatened to physically harm Parham with a knife, while Khorram allegedly said they could “sell” the plaintiff for sex. The lawsuit states that Pearce and Combs then removed Parham’s clothing and Combs squirted Parham with what she believes was an oil or lubricant. According to the lawsuit, Khorram was instructed by Diddy to insert a syringe into Parham’s vagina. The lawsuit goes on to state that Combs, Pearce and two unnamed defendants violently raped Parham and that Combs forced an unknown pill down the woman’s throat.

Kristina Khorram, Shane Pearce and several unnamed men and women are listed as co-defendants in the lawsuit.

Parham says in the suit that Combs gang-raped her as revenge for comments she made expressing her belief that Combs had a role in the murder of Tupac Shakur. She said Sean Combs told her she would “pay” for her comments.

Variety reports representatives for Combs said the following in a statement:

This new complaint – brought by an attorney who has already been sued for defaming Mr. Combs – demonstrates the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday. Mr. Combs was nowhere near Orinda, California on the day Ms. Parham claims she was assaulted there, and the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Department has already confirmed Ms. Parham’s claims were determined to be unfounded following a thorough investigation. … Mr. Combs looks forward to having his day in court where these lies – and the perverse motives of those who told them – will be revealed.

Both Druski and Odell Beckham Jr. have denied the allegations against them.

Druski wrote on X, “This allegation is a fabricated lie. I wasn’t a public figure in 2018 — I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish. My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but I’m fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to pedal false narratives.”

In a reply to Druski’s post, OBJ wrote, “Boy I’ll tell u what. This world makes absolutely no sense. I am covered by God. He will prevail. I kno who am I , I kno who u are, keep ur head. That name will be cleared. Shxts stupid.”

In November 2023, singer Cassie Ventura filed a lawsuit accusing Combs of physical abuse, rape, and sex trafficking. Within 24 hours of that filing, Combs settled the lawsuit with Ventura for an undisclosed amount while his attorneys publicly denied the claims Ventural made.

Six months later, in May 2024, CNN released hotel security video footage that corroborated some of what Cassie had revealed in her lawsuit, prompting Combs to issue an ‘apology’ video of his own.

There have been nearly 50 additional lawsuits filed or statements made accusing Combs of sexual assault, sexual abuse, and physical violence, among other things.

Combs is currently in the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center, where he has been held without bell since September 2024 pending his federal trial for racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Combs’ trial is set to begin in May.

Sean Combs continues to deny all charges against him.
