Diddy Conspiracy Theories Go Viral After Disgraced Mogul’s Sex Trafficking, Racketeering Indictment
|
Almost as if taking a cue, a steady stream of unfounded conspiracy theories have surfaced in the wake of federal law enforcement authorities arresting and charging hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs on a three-count indictment for racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.
The charges nearly mirror allegations made against Diddy by his former girlfriend, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, who in November of last year filed a lawsuit claiming she was the victim of his decade-long pattern of abuse that began when she was 19 years old. While that lawsuit was settled for $30 million within 24 hours of its filing, other women quickly followed suit with similar claims while Diddy maintained his innocence.
Damning graphic surveillance video surfaced after Cassie’s lawsuit was settled and showed Combs physically abusing her in 2016.
Among the charges are claims that Diddy held “freak off” sex parties that were recorded on video — alleged circumstances that comedian Eddie Griffin said music industry bigwigs who may or may not be on those recordings are leveraging with federal authorities to keep themselves from facing related charges.
“They sacrificing Diddy,” Griffin said in a video circulating on social media that appeared to be filmed after federal agents with Homeland Security Investigations conducted simultaneous raids on Diddy’s homes in California and Florida.
The footage of Griffin went viral after Diddy was arrested Monday night.
Comedian Eddie Griffin claims that Diddy is being sacrificed by powerful forces.

Yet another conspiracy theory about Diddy’s current circumstances predicts that he will snitch on any and all alleged accomplices. On Monday, hours after news broke that Diddy had been arrested in a midtown Manhattan hotel room, a brief clip from the cult classic movie “New Jack City” was posted to social media showing the film’s fictional drug kingpin villain Nino Brown taking the stand in court in his own defense and implicating his cohorts.
The social media post was accompanied by three words — “Heads gonna roll” — and suggested Diddy would soon be playing the role of Nine Brown during his own trial.

There is also the conspiracy that the feds will be coming for Diddy’s contemporaries in the music industry like Jay-Z.
Internet personality Dom Lucre predicted in a post on X, formerly Twitter, that Diddy’s arrest may only be the beginning.
“When they are done with Diddy they will remove their next puppet that has their secrets,” Dom Lucre posted without proof alongside a photo of Jay-Z. “I don’t think anyone is ready for what is coming.”
